Every new website includes three months of our highest standard maintenance plan at no additional charge. During those three months you get hosting, monthly website checks, routine text and image updates, and weekly update publishing.

The complimentary period begins once the completed website is launched. After it ends, your website stays online on the $25 Hosting Only plan unless you ask for a different one, so nothing stops working and nothing rolls onto the $100 plan by surprise. You can move up or down at any time.

What the packages cover

  • Custom-coded websites. All packages use custom website code rather than a restrictive drag-and-drop builder.
  • Content. Clients provide their business information, logos, images and other necessary content, unless additional content creation is quoted.
  • Revisions. Two rounds of reasonable design revisions are included during development.
  • E-commerce. Online stores, payment processing and shopping cart functionality are not included in these standard packages.
  • Advanced features. Booking systems, customer portals, databases and complex integrations require custom quotes.
  • Domain names. Domain registration and renewals are separate unless specifically included in a quote.
  • Maintenance start. The complimentary three-month Full Maintenance period begins at website launch.
  • Monthly plans. Clients choose a maintenance plan based on their needs after the complimentary period.
  • Major changes. New website features, significant redesigns and additional page development are quoted separately.
  • Uptime. 99.9% is a service target, not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Before you choose a package

How long does a website take?

Most small business websites take two to four weeks from our first conversation to launch. Larger builds with a lot of content take longer — you'll have a realistic timeline before anything starts.

Do I own my website?

Yes. Your domain, your hosting account, your content — if you ever move on, everything comes with you.

What happens after the three free months?

Your website stays online on the $25 Hosting Only plan unless you ask for a different one. Nothing rolls onto the $100 plan automatically, and you can move between plans at any time.

What's the difference between the $50 and $100 plans?

Starter Maintenance at $50 checks your website every month and repairs what it finds — a broken link, a missing image, a button that goes nowhere, a contact form that has stopped working. What it does not cover is changes you ask for. Full Maintenance at $100 adds those routine content updates: text changes, image swaps, price and hours updates, published once a week.

Is a domain name included?

Domain registration and renewals are separate, unless a domain is specifically included in your quote. Hosting itself is part of every monthly plan.

Can I change the design once you've started?

Two rounds of reasonable design revisions are included in every package during development. Changes beyond that, or after launch, are quoted separately.

Do these packages cover online stores?

No. Online stores, payment processing and shopping carts aren't part of the standard packages, and neither are booking systems, customer portals or database work. Those are quoted individually — tell us what you need and we'll price it.
